Watson Label Products' Security Code offers multi-level security, counterfeiting protection, authentication and supply chain traceability in the manufacture and distribution of pharmaceuticals.

Features:

Watson Label Products' SecurityCode™ provides multi-level security, counterfeiting protection, and authentication and supply chain traceability at a low cost per label. WLP maintains a record of all the matching pairs of numeric code and validation code data in a secure database. If authentication is required, a database requires transmission of a validation code. If further scrutiny were required, covert authentication would provide second level security. The proprietary printing method and algorithms used to create these labels is extremely difficult to reverse engineer. Secondarily, it is nearly impossible for a counterfeiter to determine which sequences of bar code and which sequences of validation code are paired together.
