 Overview:Watson Label Products' unique label construction is designed to resist surface mount board processes on the top, side or bottom of the board. Our polyimide labels, backed with high-temperature resistant adhesives, perform well under these conditions.Features:Surface mount printed circuit board processing entails two environmental challenges. First, process temperatures can peak at over 500 degrees Fahrenheit with heat cycles that may last more that 10 minutes and be repeated more than once. Second, the printed circuit boards may pass through multiple organic solvents and water washes. The ability to withstand immersion in these liquids, and the rapid temperature change involved, is vital to success. |
